Shrink Films
Shrink Wrap or Shrink Film is a polymeric film that has been produced with polyolefin plastic family specially polyethylene. Therefore, it is ideal for a variety of mainstream markets including the food and drink, personal care and industrial based sectors.
When heat is applied on this film, it shrinks tightly over whatever it is covering. We are focusing to supply the film with the best thickness profile achieve our highest blown line technology. This film has been used in different industries such as Petrochemical, Pharmacy, Food & Beverage, Building & Construction, Paper industry and etc.
We can supply any special and customize performance depends on your need or final product that you packaged.

Technology
Blown film is the preferred process of producing shrink film, because it allows the manufacturers to custom design film with the required percent of contraction. Control of contraction and orientation in both the MD and the TD is possible in blown film extrusion.
We offer LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene) and LLDPE (Linear Low-Density Polyethylene) shrink films in plain and in high quality flexographic print forms up to 10 colors.
Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE)
The benefits of using LDPE over the other forms of shrink packaging would be added strength and durability for heavier, larger items, like multipacks of beverages. These wraps are also printable and can have excellent graphics added while still maintaining the image and the strength required.
Linear Low-Density Polyethylene (LLDPE)
This is one of the most commonly used films in the packaging industry. Of all the polyethylene films, LLDPE is the most flexible. A blended form of Low-Density Polyethylene, LLDPE offers more strength and conformability, making it perfect for stretching. It doesn’t shrink as well as other films, but is great for stretch-wrapping pallets and protecting heavy loads in transit. This film is most often confused for shrink films like a plain polyolefin because it is visually similar on the roll. Nonetheless, it performs very differently for packaging protection. LLDPE and LDPE films are commonly used for pallet-wrapping, as well as snacks, frozen foods and carrier bags.
